• ▸Habit tracker, mood journal, budget tracker, and notes
• ▸Co-study rooms for studying with friends in real-time
• ▸AI companion chat

3. ACCOUNTS

• ▸You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• ▸You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• ▸You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• ▸You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• ▸You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• ▸We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. FREE & PAID PLANS

meowspirit.com offers a free plan and optional paid subscriptions (Sakura Pro and Matcha Max).

• ▸Free plan features are available indefinitely with no credit card required.
• ▸Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• ▸You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• ▸We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
• ▸Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.

• ▸You are solely responsible for the content you upload or create.
• ▸You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• ▸You must not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• ▸We do not claim ownership of your notes, documents, or data.
• ▸Documents uploaded to the AI Study Tutor are processed by AI and not stored permanently.

7. AI FEATURES DISCLAIMER

The AI Study Tutor and AI companion features are powered by third-party AI providers. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should verify important information from authoritative sources. meowspirit.com is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, meowspirit.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
